REFUND POLICY 

At Fashionblooms, we try to give you the best experience possible when finding out and buying your favorite clothes. Even though we do our best to make sure our customers are happy, there may be times when you feel forced to return a product for reasons that are neither your nor our fault. 

 

RETURN 

If you don't like the product, you can send it back and get a full refund. But returns will only be accepted if the goods are in a sellable state, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, and if they haven't been worn, washed, or damaged. 

 

Also, consider the following Terms & Conditions: 

  • Refunds are based on the Fashionblooms team's study and confirmation. 
  • Our return policy does not cover damage caused by carelessness, improper use, or application. 
  • Products that are returned because of a problem with how they were made, like color leaking, are subject to the terms of the related warranty and guarantee. 
  • Due to the high cost of shipping, we won't be able to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds to our overseas buyers. 

 

REFUND 

 

  • After we get the item back, we'll look at it and let you know about the refund. 
  • If your refund is accepted, we will start a refund to your original method of payment. 
  • The refund will be sent within 5 to 7 days. 
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used to place the order. 

 

CANCELLATION 

 

  • On Fashionblooms, you can cancel an order at any time after it has been made or until the item can't be delivered. 
  • Items can't be canceled once they've been marked as ready to ship. 
  • If the things are being sent out or are in transit, we ask that you accept the order and send them back later. 
  • Fashionblooms has the ability to cancel an order on its own for a variety of reasons.
